I have never been to France so I can't confirm that my version of French toast is actually legit. I can't say I LOVE Irish food either. I refuse to eat that blood sausage Irish breakfast, but Mum's Irish bread is pretty good when heated with some butter. You may be on to something with the fondue, though. My stomach did have an unpleasant reaction to a melted cheese and melted chocolate dinner, but it was really, really good going down. Maybe I will write about fondue... and leave out the part of how my insides exploded multiple times upon returning home. Thanks for the idea, RB!
